PRECISION TUNE-UP PROCEDURES INCLUDE:

WINTER:

• Clean / adjust burner assembly if needed (Gas Heat)
• Clean ignition assembly (Gas Heat)
• Clean heat exchanger or elements if needed (Gas Heat)

WINTER AND SUMMER:

• Monitor refrigerant pressures (Heat Pumps & Air Conditioners)
• Test starting capabilities (All Type Units)
• Test safety controls (All Type Units)
• Clean and/or replace air filters (All Type Units) ** Additional charge for filters
• Clean and adjust blower components if needed (All Type Units)
• Tighten electrical connections (All Type Units)
• Measure volts/amps (All Type Units)
• Lubricate all moving parts (All Type Units)
• Measure temperature difference (All Type Units)

WINTER OR SUMMER:

• Clean evaporator coil IF accessible (All Type Units)

SUMMER:

• Clean condenser coil (All Type Units)
• Clean condensate drains (All Type Units)
